Bazzini Nuts specializes in packaged nuts and was initially based in New York City (Tribeca) in 1886. An Italian immigrant, Anthony L. Bazzini, founded the company. During the great depression, he sold nuts to bakers, vendors, and other customers. As a part of the assignment, I redesigned the packaging for Bazzini Nuts. I was inspired by peanut bags used at baseball stadiums for the design. At the same time, I was bringing in the elephant as a part of the secondary logo for the brand.
